I got engaged on 2020 to a US citizen, i'm mexican. And I was planning to study a Masters degree in his Hometown. I am not in the US. I will be there in January 2022. I will apply for the student visa until mid of this year. Will i have any trouble by getting marry and stay there in the US?

If you apply for a student visa telling the USCIS that you intend to study but conceal your real intent which is to gain entry into the US to get married, then that is immigration fraud and is prohibited.
