Hy I am Sandor. I would like ask that i no illegal imigrant. I am a tourist in Europe and i need a car because i wanna stay here as student but that settle the paperwork must a car. If i understand the MVA site then possible car registration as tourist.I have Foreign driver licens ID and Passport. Car registration FL and TX possible for illegal imigrant but i not can go there.
