Change in employer when VISA extension is pending with USCIS

More details to this question:
I am working in USA with valid H1 visa. My VISA is up to 30th June 2013. My current employer filled my visa extension for first time which ended up RFE and later in notice of denial. They changed my project and filled new application which has ended up in RFE again. Can I change my employer before 30th June when my case I pending with USCIS?

As you are in valid H-1B status until June 30, 2013, you may be able to have another employer submit a new H-1B petition for you prior to the expiration of your present petition. You would have to show that you are currently working for your present H-1B employer by such proof as your most recent payslips. Your present employer can then withdraw both of his pending petitions.
