More details to this question:
My current wife (US citizen) applied for me K1/K3 Fiancee visa in 2006, we was not married at that time., Visa been revoked because her lawyer provided a picture of us as evidence. and that picture was not real. it was made by photoshop just to hang it on the wall. And i did not know that it will be used as evidence to USCiS. so We got married after that in 2008, she applied for me for IR1 AND I GOT APPROVED. I come to the US on 2011 . i have been here for 3 years and living with her since. I got my green car for 10 years. Now it's time for my citizenship. I see on Form N400 part11 Questions 30 and 31. Should i answer yes to any of them and add an explanation letter about that situation ? are they going to deny me? I'm confused. if i said no and they found out what would happen ? please help . Thank you.

This was was her lawyer not you. I would be prepared to explain, but it is not likely to come up since you already have been approved the 2nd time.
