I came in the USA through the marriage and got conditional residence for 2years .. and the marriage didn’t work two weeks before the end of my conditional green card my husband refused to renew my card because i was abused.. so IRCO helped me to cancel my conditional because it was a domestic violence and renew my card..actually I have my permanent residence for 10 years .. I want to know if I m eligible to do my citizenship this year after 6 years .. and also do I need my ex husband for citizenship ? Even when he wasn’t the petitioner for removing my conditional green card ? What can I do..

You should be eligible for citizenship at this time. Inasmuch as it was a domestic violence situation under which you obtained resident status, you should not be required to have anything from your ex-husband for the application.
