I applied Naturalization (N400) about 9month ago. While waiting for my citizen interview notice, the expiration date of my Green Card became less than 6months to go. So, I applied renewal of my Green Car also just in case. 3 weeks after I applied the renewal, I received the citizen interview notice. IS there a problem I may have in the citizen interview if my green card is under renewal process?

There is no problem for your naturalization interview if your green card is presently in the process of renewal. The naturalization officer may very well inform you that you were not required to renew the card as you filed for naturalization when you had at least six months validity left on your green card.
