Can I come back to usa with my husband knowing that I was deported with my family when I was 17 . We have a 10 years bar and 9 have passed . I was under age back then and i didn't know anything .now my husband wants to do his masters in the us and I want to come with him . Will I be able to do so ?

You may be able to return to the United States. You would need to apply for the appropriate visa. You would need to aso seek a waiver of the ten-year bar and permission to reapply for admission if you wish to enter the United States prior to the completion of the ten-year period.
