USCIS has asked for the contracts of the projects I am working on. The contract of project I work is for 2 years and end on 06/30/2016 There after it is automatically renewed every year unless and until they let us know 6 months in advance. Would this contract be a valid contract?

It would really depend upon the specific language in the contract as well as the RFE. You should be working with your employer's attorney on the RFE response.
