More details to this question:
I received RFE for my COS application sayingthat my payslips and bank statement is not sufficient evidence for financial ability. They asked my 3 months bank statements and other documentaiton and also reasons gfor sudden depoists of huge amounts in account. My problem is i dont have much amount in my account for last 3 months. I can put amount today and then take bank statement and also can state a reason. Will that be fine or can I include my spouse sister who is resident at US as another sponsor as she have money and her W2 will also be provided along with mine.

Pay slips? You're not supposed to be working on H-4 visa staus. You will be denied the change of status and notified to leave the USA. I would urge you to consult with and hire an immigration lawyer to assist you with this case. Not because I think you’re not capable of handling it, you may will be, but in order for the lawyer to debrief and brief you, analyze, assess and evaluate your case in order to maximize the possibilities for a successful result in responding to the RFE.
