More details to this question:
I was bought here on a tourist visa at the age of 10 months and currently do not have residency in the US. Since the age of 10 I have identified as a non-believer, and still have not told my parents because I am afraid that they will kick me out of the house (I am now 18). My country of origin is Pakistan, and I am worried that if I were forced back I would face persecution if this information were to become public so does this qualify me for asylum?
You may have a case for seeking asylum based on a fear of religious persecution, but you should hire an attorney to review your situation in detail and give you a reliable legal opinion on the subject.
