More details to this question:
I'm born in Philippines I lived in Hawaii and got my u.s citizenship I went to philippinesand end up over staying for 12 yrs my passport expired can I get deported back to hawaii I want to get deported but do I have to go prison to serve time for over staying dis is my second time I submitted this,, now this is my 4th time I'm submiiting this

As a U.S. citizen, you are entitled to go to the U.S. Embassy to renew your passport. This will give you authorization to re-enter the U.S.  If you are asking for the government of the Philippines to deport you to the U.S., there is no process that anyone in the U.S. can access that has any influence over what a foreign government will do in that situation.
