Deported, re-entered and married to a US citizen can I get papers?

More details to this question:
Came here when 7 yrs, deported when was 18 supposedly cause I had a deportation order but I was a minor than anyway immigration picked up my sister from work we worked together they took me and deported me, came back within a month now I'm married to American citizen 3 kids can I get legalized?

NO because you entered the US unlawfully. Under the current immigration laws, you are not eligible to legalize your status within the US even if you are married to a US citizen. You would have to go back to your home country but as soon as you depart, you automatically trigger a 10 year bar to reentry, which can only be waived by a showing of extreme hardship to a US citizen spouse, which is fairly difficult to do in most cases.

Although, a more information is needed to properly analyze your case, here are some issues you must take into consideration. If you illegally came back to the US after your deportation, under the reinstatement provisions of s.241(a)(5) INA, ICE is required to arrest and deport you back to your country once it finds that you have returned

If you are currently under 30 years old and have graduated from high school or are currently enrolled in school, you may qualify for DACA, which will give new a renewable work permit for 2 years, if you have been physically residing in the US since at least June 15, 2007.
