Derivative citizenship

More details to this question:
I obtained derivative citizenship in 2001 after my parents became naturalized US citizens. I could also acquired Spanish citizenship by descent. Assuming Spain does accept dual citizenships, do I lose my US citizenship if I was to acquire Spanish citizenship?
