Didnt finish the process do we have a deportation Order?!

More details to this question:
My Step dad is a US citizen and he tried to fix my mothers legal status along with mine since i was a minor. They got the letter of approval then they had to go on to the next step, but they moved and never notified USCIS and the process has now been terdindateted is there a possible way for me to find out if we have an order of deportation?!
