More details to this question:
i want to apply for the diversity lottery this year ,but I afraid that if I apply for it , it will be registered in the records. So at any time i apply for other visas such like tourists visa it will be denied because the consulate may think that iam willing to immigrate not staying for months only.

Hello. Just applying for the lottery is not an admission to filing an immigrant visa. they will not have such a record and it is not a question on the application. Good luck!
