hello, i am married to a us citizen for 7 months and we already apply for adjustment of statut i just get my fingerprint done and we still waiting for my work permit and interview appointment but we have some family probleme and we decide to file for a divorce i just wanna now what gonna happen if we divorce i m gonna be in trouble? i m gonna be removal thank you for your help

Yes, your case will be denied and you will need to leave the US(unless you still have some temporary visa status that is valid). There is an exception if there was spousal abuse.
