QUESTION

Do I have a future in the US or should I just go home?

Asked on Apr 08th, 2013 on Immigration - New Jersey
More details to this question:
I have been deported in 2010. I am still here and from Europe. Can I apply for any way to stay here? I have never been arrested and was married to an American. The judge did not approve me and deported me. I am no longer married. I am just hanging around here.

Most obvious, almost automatic answer your question is "Stop wasting your life, go home." It is possible that there might be a different answer; but you did not give enough information.

The question you have asked is extremely complicated and requires a full analysis of the facts and circumstances of your case. You will want to seek out the counsel of a qualified immigration lawyer who would be able to let you know your options.
