QUESTION

Do I need amendment within same MSA location when visiting for via stamping?

Asked on Feb 01st, 2016 on Immigration - Minnesota
More details to this question:
My Case: My employer remains the same. when I was working with Client A, I applied for new LCA and new amendment, and got the new I-794 Later after an year and a half, I changed the client. New Client B's location is within the same MSA area as Client location A. Again, my employer applied for the new LCA (no change in job profile / money) with Client B location on it. But no new amendment with Client B. My Question: I am planning to travel to my home country (India) for H1B visa stamping, Can I travel with my I-794 which I got using Client A contract and LCA with Client B Do I need to apply for the amendment again ? Appreciate your input and time. Thanks.
