Do I need to file another document other than I-130?

Asked on Oct 14th, 2014 on Immigration - Texas
More details to this question:
I have filed the I-130 form for my new spouse he in the US on an expired visa after 10+ years. I have received my I-797 and only asking so far is for passport photos. It's been about 3.5 months. What else do I need to file for my spouse to be able to work and earn an income in the US? Thank you so very much. He is of Mexican descent.

If a USA citizen marries an out-of-status foreigner who entered the country with a visa, then there is a whole set of forms that should be filed to get a green card. It is a very complex process. I recommend you get a qualified attorney if you want it done right. Feel free to contact my office if you'd like.
