QUESTION

Do I need to site charges I was received in college in my naturalization application?

Asked on Jan 22nd, 2013 on Immigration - Virginia
More details to this question:
I was once charged with a simple assault due to an argument me and my friend have gotten into on my college campus, and it was sited by the campus police. This does not show up anywhere in Virginia Court system nor I had to go to the court for the incident. Do I need to site this under Part 10, Section D. Good Moral Character?
