Do I qualify for citizenship since my interview will be in January 2013?

More details to this question:
I applied for my citizenship but has not registered for the selective service because I didnโ€™t know. I turned 32 in September.

You should be ok since it has been more than 5 years since you turned 26.

You can provide an affidavit explaining the reason for not registering for the selective service. Most USCIS offices will accept an unintentional failure to register.

It depends on the age at which you became a permanent resident. Non-registration in and of itself is not a bar.
