Do we have to file another motion to re schefule interview or apply for I751 again?

Im the petitioner. My husband and I we missed the interview to remove conditions for his permanent Visa. We explained in the Immigration Center we never got the appointment so they recommend us to fill a motion to re-open the case. We did and we received the denial letter stating there are not enough arguments etc etc. Question : Do we have to file another motion or simply apply again for I751 . Thanks

At this stage, it may be best to file a new Form I-751. There is no authority under which you can file a second motion to reopen. I encourage you to work with an attorney.
