QUESTION

do you get deported right away after appearing to court?

More details to this question:
my boyfriend was pulled over by a sheriff because of his windshield being cracked.i was on the phone with him when the police officer had said that he was only going to give him a ticket. the police officer went back to his car when my boyfriend saw the police officer waving to a border patrol to come.. he got arreste now his in prison and awaiting trial what can i do to help him i am his girlfriend of two years. he came her to work he has no criminal record. he came here to have a better future for him and his daughter please help i am willing to doanything to help him stay here where he belongs.

It sounds like he is being detained pending an immigration court hearing.  Depending on the basis for the removal action, his case may or may not be expedited.  I would have to see his court paperwork to better advise you about the process and timing.  If he came to the US without authorization, there is very little chance he would be able to stay.
