Wife is here on a K-visa and the marriage has just been about money and other bad experience. She now has fled so I want to divorce and see what my options are. She does not have a work permit or green card.

Have you guys filed for the adjustment of status application? If so, and the application is pending, then send a withdrawal letter to the Uscis. But more information is needed to know the status of your case.
