Do you know how long it will take the whole process and is there any law to protect my age?

I am 20 years old and my mom who is a green card holder will apply for me in January. How long should take for 1-130 to be approved? I will turn 21 on 12/24/2017.

I strongly recommend that you retain a competent and experienced immigration attorney before there are more complications. You don't get a second chance after you "Age out." It can take longer. Good luck.
