Hello,
Selective service registration is a requirement by the USCIS for males who have been granted Legal permanent residency and are 26 years old or less. The USCIS may seek proof of compliance should you seek to file for U.S. citizenship.
It is unlikely that the USCIS would visit the website on your behalf as the burden is on you to provide proof of registration. It is a good idea to keep a copy of your selective service registration to show that you have met this registration requirement.
