Yes. Any adjustment of status based upon marriage to a United States citizen is subject to the conditional residence requirements. Though you enter on a K-1  visa, you are only eligible to adjust your status based upon marriage to the petitioning United States citizen. If you have been married for less than two years at the time you're green card is approved, you will be issued a conditional green card.
