More details to this question:
I am 26 years old nurse, an atheist, from Saudi Arabia, and According to the country's Basic Law. If a Muslim changed his religion, he/she should be arrested and asked to go back to Islam. If he didn't change his mind, he considered to be infidel and should be killed. I Am trying my best to act like a Muslim but am scared that I will be discovered because I can't act like this all my life.
-I am expected to obey my male guardian, who have full control over me..i am in US in a visiting visa and im supposed to go back in 3 days. i want to know if there is a chance for me to stay and apply for asylum and if i have a good case. i only have three days i need an urgent opinion please and if there is a n expert lawyer who can help me.
If it is not too late, you may contact me for help. You may qualify for an affirmative claim of asylum based on what you say. I would need much more information to properly advise you however. Please call me. I'm available anytime, including tonight.
