More details to this question:
I was arrested for Domestic Violence for wrong report and was not prosecuted.Released without going to court. I got a Background check from Michigan State Police it is not showing any arrest. What should I write in DS160 , If I write yes will it be problem in getting Visa.

If the question asks “have you ever been arrested,” then you must answer truthfully. If you were arrested, you must say yes. You will need to provide an explanation and proof that you were wrongfully arrested.
