effect of conditional discharge on green card interview?

More details to this question:
I have applied for eb3 employment based green card ( adjustment of ststus).my interview is coming next week .i recently had a criminal issue last month( Dui case ,no accident ,bac .08).my lawyer could reduce it to dwai with conditional discharge.my question is ( does the conditional discharge delay the decision or make me inadmissible)? thanks in advance for any help

Generally speaking, a simple one time DUI would not make you inadmissible. Any criminal encounter could cause delays in your case as officers many times review cases involving incidents with their supervisors before making final decisions.
