Ehen I can file for US citizenship N400

Thanks is advance for all the community members. My question is I got GC in September 2006 I left US in December 2006 with a permission of 3 years came back in November 2008 before two years expiry date and again left USA in December 2008 again with two years permission(since I was having Job outside US and want to complete 10years of service with employer to get my full service benefits which I complete in July 2010) and returned to US to settle down permanently on October 29, 2010 and since then I am staying without traveling abroad and working in US filed the tax returns yearly from 2007 till current. Finally I humbly request all the respected community members to advise my weather I can avail the 4 years+1 Day rule and please advise me when can I file for the citizenship or I have to wait all the five years . Grateful and expecting a quick response.

It appears that you interrupted the required period of residence for purposes of naturalization when you took the extended stays outside the US. Your time to begin counting for citizenship began again with your entry on October 29, 2010. You are able to take advantage of the four year and one day rule, which means that you are eligible to file on October 30, 2014.
