Hi, My I140 got approved on Jun 15th under EB1 A category (India). I have applied for I485 on 8th July. Till now I have not received my GC. I got my EAD and AP on Aug 11th. Now, I lost my job. Is it possible for me to request for expedite process due to severe financial loss. Will there be any negative repercussions if i mention them that I lost job. My area of work requires green card for most of the jobs. Thanks

Hi. You cannot expedite an I-485. The processing time from July will depend on which Service Center your case is at.
