More details to this question:
I was an intern and my j1 visa already expired last March 10, 2014. My visa and ds2019 are not subject in section 212(e). I am 22 years old and unmarried. Is it possible that my auntie who is a u.s citizen can petition me to get a permanent residency? What are my options?

Hello. No she cannot. You are passed the 30 day grace period from your J1 and now subject to a visa overstay. You should leave the US in order to get into some other status. Your only option with the overstay is marriage to a US citizen in a bona fide relationship.
