Our family based immigration petition was filed on November 2003. I have child of 7 yrs who has a speech delay, she is healthy and normal I am hearing during Visa interview they will reject her/our visa on this basis. Pls. advise me is this correct. With lots of humble thanks

Hardship is not a requirement for a family based visa so her improved condition should not effect your elligability for the visa. Call us to check status of the application if it will help 214-630-1221
