Hi I am LPR and going to complete fifth anniversary as an LPR on 7/7/2016. My fiance is in india and we want her to be here ASAP for marriage. What can be the best option we can have? Thank you in advance.

You may only petition for a fiancé as a United States citizen. You would need to file for naturalization as soon as you are eligible. Once you have naturalized, you would file a fiancé visa petition.
