fighting a old order of deportation

More details to this question:
My fiancé has a old order of deportation from when he was 16 his mom failed to take him to the last hearing. He is now 24 and I want to be able to live a normal life without having to worry if he will get deported. He pays taxes every year and has no criminal record.What can we do to remove this and not face deportation?
