I have fiancee in Philippines. Filipino was married to American in Philippines. The American abandon the Filipino. The American got annulment in USA only . The American didn't annulment the Filipino in Philippines. I want to do fiancee visa now. Can the Filipino use the annulment from the USA to process fiancee visa . Does Filipino need to still get annulment in Philippines even know Filipino annulment in USA
