Good Morning, my father lives in Amman/Jordan. my uncle lives here in the United States and he filed a form I130 for him since April.2008. This form includes my Mom and my brother. Now, I am a US citizen and I want to apply a form I130 for them. BTW, both my parents are here now because they come as a visit visa. So I need to apply for them form I130 since both of them are here. So, my question is I am worried if their case will be drop off if I applied another one for them.

A US Citizen adult child over 21 can sponsor both mom and dad for green cards, as long as mom and dad entered the USA with permission.
