Form N-400 naturalization question because of my drinking citation

More details to this question:
I got an underage drinking citation and I did community service and then got it expunged. I am not sure what to put for Part 11 questions 22-26 on the current version of the N-400 Form. http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/n-400.pdf

It is always safe to admit any arrests. If you don't and they find out, they will think you were trying to hide something. Be prepared to provide the certified copy of the citation.
