More details to this question:
I have been married now in the Philippines to my wife I want to know if once I file for her to come to the US is she able to travel any where in the country with me. I am free to travel the Philippines since she sponsored me as permanent resident will she be able to do the same there.

If you are a USC, you can petition for yoru wife and she will be able to immigrate to the USA, and travel freely in th USA.
