Hi, My h1b petition is a fresh one to be issued abroad. Applied: 3 Apr 2015 Rfe rec'd: 29 June 2015 Rfe response sent: 2 Oct 2015 Since then there is no update. Raised SR and got response saying it is stuck in security check. Not sure when it will get over. Will converting to premium processing help? Pls advice. Thanks, Sumit

Requesting premium processing may or may not result in a decision being made faster given the reason for delay.
