Good morning everybody. I'm really in need of your urgent help regarding my conditional green card. I married my wife before 2-years and my wife she has arrested recored its any problem when i apply for the 10 years green card
As I understand your question, you already have a conditional green card and are worried about your wife's arrest record once you apply for removal of the conditional basis of the card. In assessing an I – 751 application, U.S.C.I.S. looks to see whether there is sufficient evidence of a bona fide marital relationship. It does not focus upon your spouse's arrest record.Due to the limitations of the Lawyers.com Forums, Alan Lee, Esq.'s (the "Firm") participation in responding to questions posted herein does not constitute legal advice, nor legal representation of the person or entity posting a question.
