Hi, I got my green card on 2011 and I went back to my country (iran) and I got married and then came back and filed for green card for my husband and 9 month ago I got devorce and withdraw the application but 8 months ago I met my boyfriend and we fell in love but he doesn't have his green card is that anyway that I can apply for him? If yes how long does it take? Also he filed to get his green card and they denied because he did not have enough documation to explain his situation in iran. He can not go back to iran because he changed his religion and his life is not safe back home what should we do?
