Asked on Jul 14th, 2016 on Immigration - Texas
More details to this question:
My husband did not have a surname in his passport. So USCIS issued visa using No Name Given as his first name. That is how he got all his US records, SSN, driver's license, etc. Now when he received his green card, it had the same info. So The GC shows as below: Surname: ABC Given Name: No Name Given Will there be any issues at POE due to name mismatch or swap? His passport has information: Surname: Nil Given Name: ABC

There could be an issue. It is very important that identity documents are consistent. You can request a replacement green card. Depending upon who made the error, you may not need to pay the replacement fee. Contact USCIS.
