H1 B masters exemption CAP extra 20,000

More details to this question:
Does my position need to have a "masters degree" degree requirement , so that I can be considered under the H-1B Master's Exemption (extra 20,000 visas ) ? or just me having a masters degree form a US university would suffice?

The job must require a masters degree and the employer must sponsor you. If so you should fall under the exemption.

Hi. You need only hold the masters degree. The job can require a bachelors and you will qualify for the 20,000 with your US masters in the same field. Good Luck!
