HI , My wife is completing her 6th year in sep in USA. Initially for 4.5 year, she was on L1B then she move to H4 for 5 months .again she moved to H1 that is ending in Sep. My question is, can she use her H4 time for H1 ext.Her Perm is in process or it may take 2-3 month to get result.

I think what you mean to ask is whether her time in H4 status will count against the total time one can spend in H1 status? If that is what you meant, the answer is no.
