Hi, I had changed my H1b visa to H4 through my husband's company. In meantime I got a job offer and they applied for H1b COS. Now I see both H4 & H1b as approved. H4 approved on Oct 20th 2015 H1b approved on Oct 21st 2015 My question is: 1. What would my visa status be now? 2. Should I be doing anything to cancel my H4? 3. Would anything affect my new H1b employment? Please let me know and if anyone had gone through similar case. Thanks in advance.

YOu are no H1B and better be working for the employer or you are out of status.
