I got 4 different Job Oppurtunities and these 4 different employers filed my H1b. Luckily i got 3 of these 4 H1's picked in lottery. Of these 4 H1B application the employer with whom i am currently working with got Approved other 2 applications received an RFE 1. Is it Okay to go ahead and proceed answering the other 2 RFE's will that impack my current application. 2. Also if the other 2 applications RFE is answered and approved , If i plan to transfer my H1B from my current employer to the client ( As Client is intrested in hiring me as Full time employee) that I am currently working with (in month of October / November if this is suggestible only) will these 2 applications have any impact on my Transfer.

The H-1B petition belongs to the employer not you. There is no reason why the employer cannot file a response to the RFE. You should not face any immigration consequences from pursuing multiple H-1B petitions so long as you do not commit fraud or misrepresentation. You will eventually need to pick one employer to go with unless the H-1B petitions are for part-time work.
