More details to this question:
hi i came to usa on h4 in 2014 and my h1b got approved in november 17th 2016. i worked for my employer for a month from dec 1st to dec 31st 2016. in the second week of january 2017, my employer sent a revoke request to uscis and it is yet to be approved. if i go to my home country before it gets approved, what are the chances of getting back my h4 stamping in my home country. And i have only paystub for the period i worked.i.e., for the month of december 2016.

You have been out of status since you ceased your employment. It does not appear the new H-1B grace period applies to you given your employment was terminated before the regulation went into effect. You do not appear to have triggered enough unlawful presence to trigger a bar to admission, but consular officials and CBP have broad discretion. The sooner you depart the better.
