H1b Visa Master's Category Eligibility

More details to this question:
I have a master's degree from a U.S university. After graduating I got a full time job while on OPT. I wanted to pursue further studies so I joined another masters program and now work full time on CPT from my college. My employers want to file my H1 visa this April and want me to continue my studies on H1 status. Can I get my H1 sponsored in Masters category instead of general category even after finishing my OPT term?

Yes--however, have you inquired into PERM ? If not, it may be something to negotiate.
